Do you remember the days of September…..? September 3, 2008

Ok, so I am showing my whole 50 years!!! Yep, I said it, everyone else has already made a big deal of it, so…oh, well!?  It seems to be an unusual September so far.  We are having some rain from Gustav, but not much it is gentle, but it is nice to have the windows open!

School is off to a start.  That’s about all I can say right now.  Emily and I decided that if we have a good day by Friday, it will have been a good start and we’ll try not to think about Tuesday!!!  With the hard drive malfunctioning, I am having to actually teach her!  Spanish is the big thing this year. She is very excited to learn it…although it is by immersion, so trying to figure out the directions on worksheets is a challenge.  She also will be starting piano soon and is excited about that. :)  Seventh grade is ON, whether we are ready or NOT!!

Just wanted to touch base with everyone.  I have much more to say but it is getting late for a Wednesday.  Please be sure and check out comments because that is where everyone is responding. :)  Love to all! Kim

The days of Sept. are swiftly passing by. We want our family to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers daily. We send our love to you as we are serving here in Orlando. We want you to know that there is no greater joy than when we get to see all of you. Our week has been a good one and the Lord has truly blessed us with first a great savior then, some great children to serve along side of you. It is Sunday night and Allissa just finished singing in the service tonight. God always knows what is best for us. We hope all is well with you all and send our love and prayers to you. Have a wonderful week! love Kathleen
